A solemn event dedicated to the official entry of the Italiana Membrane plant into the TechnoNICOL Corporation took place in the city of Pordenone (Italy). This deal is not only an economic, but also a cultural and diplomatic dialogue. Industry in the northern Italian regions, including Pordenone, is in a doldrums. It is very important that in such a difficult time for Europe there are companies capable of creating jobs and investing in the development of production. The entry of the Italiana Membrane plant into the TechnoNICOL company is a positive sign for the entire Italian industry , - noted in his speech Giuseppe Verdici.

Italiana Membrane was founded in 1988 and today it is the second largest manufacturer of building materials in Italy. In 2011, the turnover of the Italiana Membrane plant was 50 million euros. At the moment, 35% of the company's products are exported to the countries of North and Latin America, the Middle East, Scandinavia. In the future, TechnoNICOL Corporation plans to develop other export directions through the established partnerships of the company and the presence of other factories in the group.

Before the acquisition of the Italiana Membrane plant, TechnoNICOL managers held meetings with trade unions and reached agreements on the number of employees, the staffing table, and the principles of remuneration. TechnoNICOL Corporation strictly adheres to these agreements. In the next two years, a small modernization will be carried out at the plant, aimed at increasing production efficiency and reducing production costs. The required volume of investments is being specified.
