The sleek and elegant 96-story square tower, designed by SLCW Architects and Rafael Vignoli, will add a new dimension to the New York skyline. No wonder the skyscraper "432 Park Avenue" is already called the "new icon" of the city.
The tower, located at 432 Park Avenue, is notable not only for its breathtaking panoramic views of the metropolis, but also for its 104 luxury apartments, which will delight even the most demanding real estate buyers. In the bathrooms and kitchens, the designers opted for the Tara designer taps from Dornbracht.
Luxury on 96 Floors: 432 Park Avenue
The future residents of the apartments will experience a completely new sense of living above the clouds thanks to spacious windows measuring three by three meters and equipment that will satisfy even the most sophisticated customer. Each element was carefully selected by designer Deborah Burke, taking into account the unusual architecture. For example, the furnishing of the bathrooms is not accidental: a bathtub installed in the middle of a room with a very minimalistic setting allows you to enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view surrounded by precious marble. In the interior of the apartments, innovation is subtly intertwined with classic elegance, supporting the overall architectural concept.
Exclusive bathroom and kitchen furnishings: Tara by Dornbracht
When choosing faucets, the authors of the project settled on the Tara series from Dornbracht, which has long and deservedly been recognized as a design icon. The elegance and laconic form of the mixers of this line makes them an integral part of the interior. Attracting with its modest but perfect forms, Tara subtly recedes into the background, making bathroom architecture even more expressive and aesthetic.
This applies equally to the kitchen, where a mixer tap with a separate shower head from Dornbracht serves as a stylish accompaniment to a luxurious interior. Like all taps from a premium sanitary fittings manufacturer, Tara is exclusively manufactured in Germany, thus embodying the highest manufactory quality “Made in Germany”.
