The architects were primarily responsible for the exterior of the buildings, arranged in rows on the site between two rivers; residents of the new village can admire the natural landscape around and the mountains in the distance. The challenge during the development of the project was to simultaneously give all the villas a similar look, so that they are perceived as a "community", and to make each house special. The solution was found in the use of several components - balconies, niches, roof terraces, bay windows - in different combinations. At the same time, both the successful combination of these "details" on the four facades of one house and on the facades of all houses facing one or another street were taken into account.
As a result, 20 types of villas have been developed - four for single layouts, 16 for blocks of two. Spaces of terraces, balconies, roofs used complement and develop the premises in the interior.
The facades of the villas are made of artificial stone made from recycled materials - crushed natural stone. This material made it possible to create the soft bends of the volumes conceived by the authors of the project, and also provided the "tolerance" necessary for the work of local builders.
