Illustration: konkurs.kby.kiev.ua The subject of the competition is the creation of a memorial park "Babi Yar - Dorogozhitsky necropolis" on a place with a tragic and controversial history, which has become one of the symbols of the Holocaust. The complex is intended to reconcile conflicting points of view regarding the historical events that took place here during the Second World War. The prerequisites are the preservation of all cultural heritage sites located in the competition area, as well as the maximum preservation of the natural landscape.
