A regular meeting of the members of the Association of Architectural Workshops was held in St. Petersburg. The topic of the meeting was the solemn presentation of the Architectural Yearbook 2016 - an important component of the cultural life of St. Petersburg. The publication was sponsored by EQUITONE (fiber cement facade panels).
The Architectural Yearbook traditionally presents the most successful and outstanding works of famous contemporary architects.
Along with them, works of young architects are published, the most interesting graduation projects of students of the St. I. E. Repin, St. Petersburg State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering, as well as materials of the most interesting architectural competitions.
Leading representatives of the architectural community of St. Petersburg took part in the solemn presentation of the Yearbook. Representatives of the EQUITONE direction also greeted all those present with welcoming words.
The new generation EQUITONE fiber cement facade panels for ventilated facades are used in multi-storey construction. These panels are manufactured using the most modern technologies and combine various options for pigmentation in the mass and the application of protective decorative coatings.
In Russia, EQUITONE fiber cement panels appeared in the late nineties. There are already residential buildings in Kaliningrad with facades from Belgium, a hospital in Murmansk, an airport in Nadym, a school in Yakutia. And during the construction of the TTK in Moscow, the walls of seven motor transport tunnels were faced with EQUITONE fiber cement panels.
