In April 2015, another Hilton Worldwide hotel opened its doors to guests. Located on the bank of the Belaya River, the Hilton Garden Inn hotel organically blended into the historical part of Ufa. Maintaining the high level of service provided by the chain, the hotel offers its guests four conference rooms and a banquet hall, the total area of which is over 478 square meters. There are 167 cozy hotel rooms for a comfortable stay.
Putting the comfort and safety of guests and employees at the forefront, the owners of the global network have paid special attention to the issue of the technological features of the hotel building. The building is a frame system made of monolithic reinforced concrete with a self-supporting filling of bricks, aerated concrete blocks and gypsum plasterboard. The frame of the object is designed from monolithic reinforced concrete and includes columns, stiffening diaphragms and piers, external load-bearing walls (in the basement floors), girder and non-girder floors. The stairs are monolithic reinforced concrete. The external walls are made according to the world-renowned ventilated façade technology with ROCKWOOL thermal insulation.
The ventilated facade of the building is insulated with VENTI BATTS material, among the advantages of which is not only heat saving in the cold season and maintaining a favorable temperature in summer, but also an increase in the fire safety of real estate objects. Stone wool is a non-combustible material, its fibers can withstand temperatures up to 10000C.
When installing VENTI BATTS slabs, it is possible not to use an additional windproof film - this is allowed by the certificate of the Federal Agency for Technical Assessment of Products in Construction. Based on the results of tests carried out by NIISF RAASN, a conclusion was obtained on hygroscopic moisture and fiber emission from the surface of ROCKWOOL stone wool products.
So, thanks to the use of ROCKWOOL thermal insulation, the hinged facade system of the Hilton Garden Inn is reliably protected from the adverse effects of external factors, so guests of the Ufa hotel will feel warm and comfortable during their rest and business travel.
