In September, EQUITONE specialists took part in the 2nd Architectural and Urban Planning Conference “Architectural Bridge: Kazan - Yekaterinburg - Moscow. Rental housing. Kazan is a pilot city”, held in the building of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The event was organized by the National Agency for Architecture and Urban Planning with the support of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning of Kazan and the representative office of the Russian Guild of Managers and Developers in the Republic of Tatarstan.
Conference “Rental Housing. Kazan - a pilot city”continued, raised this summer in Sochi, the topic of development of the rental housing market, financing the construction of apartment buildings and apartments. The problems of ensuring appropriate measures for the development of the institution of housing rental (commercial and social use) and the operation of apartments were discussed.
The relevance of the topic of development of rental housing, the increasing demand for supply in this segment of housing construction was noted in her report by the chief architect of Kazan, Tatyana Prokofieva.
The speakers at the conference emphasized that the construction of rental housing will create conditions for attracting highly qualified specialists to the progressively developing special economic and industrial zones of Russia.
