The location for the residential complex "Life Energy Resort" was chosen well: not far from St. Petersburg, in a pine forest, on the shore of the Gulf of Finland. Silence, healthy clean air and high technology comfort.
The architects supplemented the unique landscape with several buildings that did not violate the millennial harmony of this place. The architectural complex seemed to have grown out of the ground. The height of the buildings does not exceed the height of the pine forest. Eight four-storey cottages are scattered on the shore so that the Gulf of Finland is visible from everywhere. Facade decoration follows the structure and color of local weathered granite boulders. Spacious balconies and terraces overlooking the calm waters of the Gulf of Finland are created for eternal contemplation of northern beauty. Leaving the house, you find yourself on a narrow long beach, perfect for long leisurely walks.
The fresh sea breeze flutters the tops of the dormant pine trees, but it will not disturb the holidaymakers on the balconies of the owners of the apartments, since the Finnish glazing reliably protects both from the wind and from pine needles. A romantic candlelit dinner is not canceled even in stormy weather.
Spacious balconies 5 meters long and 2 meters wide are the most luxurious rooms in the apartments. Here, a person merges with nature, and nature becomes part of the interior. This feeling is inaccessible to a city dweller.
Lumon aluminum railing and Lumon 5 frameless glazing were chosen for the project. Finnish design, simple and inconspicuous, but very reliable and practical, corresponds to the concept of the entire architectural complex.
Apartments delight with a variety of layouts. There are two-storey apartments. Large windows and high ceilings create a sense of freedom. Fireplace zones provided in each apartment are components of suburban life.
It is very important that during the construction and improvement of the territory of the complex, attention is paid to the maximum possible preservation of existing trees. The preservation and creation of organic landscaping is one of the components of modern construction.
That is why the First Line. Life Energy Resort”won the professional competition in the real estate sector“KAISSA-2015”in the nomination“The best premium-class development project in the St. Petersburg suburban real estate market”, and next year it became a finalist of the federal PROESTATE AWARDS:“Best in 10 years” in the nomination "The best project in the field of suburban construction".
Installation of frameless glazing Lumon 5 at the facility is carried out by the company "Artwood".
