Company VALDEK - one of the largest manufacturers of prefabricated panel houses using German technology in Russia. It has been successfully operating in the Russian low-rise construction market since 2009. The company's work is based on an innovative industrial approach to the very principle of building a house: 99% of all construction work was transferred from the site to high-tech workshops.

Valdek production:

VALDEK houses are not built, but assembled. Large elements: external wall panels, floor and roof panels, internal partitions - are assembled on a modern automated Wienmann line, and operators of programmed machine tools undergo compulsory training in Germany. The ready-to-install “house kit” is delivered to the construction site - all the elements of the future house are highly ready - “for finishing.” Such a house is mounted like a designer in a matter of days. Assembling a house with an area of about 150 m2 takes about 3-5 days.

The geography of the company's work is very wide - from Kaliningrad to Naryan-Mar.

The VALDEK company is actively studying the market, offering the most modern solutions for the construction of a house and facade decoration. VALDEK cooperates with modern architects: we have already talked about one of the houses that the company has taken into serial production - the project “Russian Style” by Ilya Samsonov. Also, in addition to the recognizable “German” half-timbered structures, the company offers houses made of lumber and glued timber.

New VALDEK offer - Antica linedesigned to meet the growing demand for classic style country estates with detailed historic décor.

The uniqueness of the new series of houses VALDEK-Antika is that it combines the classics and modern technologies of housing construction, namely the industrial technology of element-by-element construction VALDEK with detailed classical decor. This makes mansions in the spirit of the "family nest" relatively affordable and, most importantly, fast-built.

Large elements of the future building are delivered to the construction site with ready-made decor made of acrylic and fiber-reinforced concrete - materials that allow achieving high accuracy of the pattern, subtlety of execution and minimum weight of all parts from the cornice to the sandrick. Wall planes can be made in various finishes, they are complemented by a hollow range of decorative elements: cornices with and without denticles, paneled blades, frame frames for windows and entrances, reliefs, pediments, niches with sculptures. Deep portico-loggias, which play the role of both canopies in front of the entrance and spacious terraces, are made up of fluted columns with Tuscan bases and capitals. Hip roofs with deep canopies are cut through with dormers, adding light to the interiors of the house.

The architects have developed an impressive set of ready-made templates, matrices and shapes, allowing clients to combine options, "assembling" their own unique home from many elements. And - what is important - the assembly of a house, even saturated with classic decor, takes all the same 5-7 days at the construction site.

The warranty period, as for other Valdek facilities, is 7 years, but the houses are designed for "uninterrupted" operation for at least half a century.

It is worth dwelling especially on the materials that are used in the manufacture of classic home decor. Elements of standardization and factory production have been present on the architectural decoration market for a long time - at least since the beginning of the 19th century. Today, modern materials that are most comfortable to use are increasingly used: acrylic and fiber-reinforced concrete. Products made of fiber-reinforced concrete are high-strength, lightweight and fire-resistant (fiber-reinforced concrete belongs to the category of non-combustible materials), and are resistant to weathering. Since fiber concrete is reinforced throughout its entire thickness, this makes it possible to obtain thin-walled, lightweight products that at the same time look elegant and sophisticated, have strength and durability.

This industrial way of manufacturing houses has its own, undeniable advantages: fantastically short terms, warranty, ease of installation, minimum construction waste, modern materials. And, as the Valdek-Antica series, in particular, shows, prefab houses are rapidly evolving - reacting to the market, multiplying offers and options, providing customers with choices tailored to a variety of tastes. One can only be surprised at the industrial production and historical decor, but it is obvious that the appearance of such proposals brings the dynamics necessary for its development to the low-rise housing market, since it provides customers with a choice and responds flexibly to their preferences.
