Residential complex "Hidden Delight" on Rublevskoe highway

The authors of the project present it as a representative of the "new generation" of residential complexes in the Moscow landscape.
The new city quarter is organized around a central courtyard, which is formed by a 6-meter "pedestal" with towers on it. The "pedestal" follows the shape of the streets that delimit the building site, and includes premises for public services with access from the outer perimeter. In the inner part of the "pedestal" there is a courtyard and premises for consumer services for residents: a concierge desk, a gym, swimming pools for children. The yard is equipped with a canopy that protects it from wind, snow and rain.
The residential towers are positioned to provide the apartments with magnificent views. The apartments have acquired individuality thanks to the various options for window openings. The lower floors are distinguished by the presence of bay windows, which provide a direct connection with the street and additional lighting in the apartments. Due to the larger size of the windows in the apartments on the top floors, a stunning view of the city opens.
The towers are divided into volumes, different in color and type of window openings.
The structural mesh of the tower, "plinth" and parking lot has been designed in such a way that all three components fit together to maximize the functional use of spaces.
Apartment types, from small to large, can be made in endless variations.
The brickwork in the project enhances the gradation of the color spectrum on the facades: changing from dark to light, from beige to gold, it forms a new landmark in the landscape of Moscow.
