SEC "Good!" located on Khoroshevskoe highway, 50 meters from the Polezhaevskaya metro station and the Khoroshevskaya station under construction. The total area of the shopping and entertainment center is 114,000 m2, rental (GLA) - 50,000 m2.
There are more than 250 shops, a food court and service enterprises in the center. The opening of the shopping and entertainment center took place on September 15, 2016.
In order not to reflect the unsightly buildings opposite the mall in its facades, matte metal panels Qbiss One were used. Radial vertical elements of the Qbiss modular façade system, including reverse radius panels, have been installed on an area of more than 6,000 square meters of the façade system. Also, the object used non-standard vertical corner elements of increased size.

wrote about this building of architects IQ Studio, “despite the fact that the main facade faces north and is always in the shade, the shape, color and rhythmic arrangement of its elements give lightness and texture to large surfaces. Just as the masters of architectural drawing recreate any volumes, proportions and the play of light and shade with "monotonous" parallel strokes, the architects of IQ Studio draw colorful and dynamic images with one-dimensional panels. They managed to find the same size "opening" facade lamellas and blind sandwich panels. The height of these elements, 6 meters, corresponds exactly to the height of the floor."
One of the important components of the facade solution was the lamellas - the façade fragments rotated at different angles. These elements made it possible to make the facade lighter, more textured in the daytime, smoothly transition from walls to glazing and advertising surfaces, and in the evening to use them as a basis for a backlighting device.
The lighting and media functions of the facade and architecture are inextricably linked in this case. The software capabilities of the lighting equipment allow you to lay down various options for color-dynamic solutions. Each of the main entrances to the complex has a media screen. Control systems allow both to synchronize the color-dynamic picture with images, and to implement independent lighting scenarios. Luminous intensity, color and scenarios can react to time of day, weather conditions, lighting conditions. The entire surface of the facade turns into a single media organism.
For this kind of lighting, you can also use the Qbiss One Lighting façade solution (a different system is used at the Horosho! Shopping and entertainment center). In the Qbiss One Lighting system, façade elements are prefabricated with LED lamps already integrated in a wide range of colors and shades - which simplifies the subsequent installation of the entire lighting system.
The project received the Golden Sign "Architecture 2016", the diploma "Glass in Architecture 2015", the silver diploma "Architecture 2014" and the jury of the prestigious London International Property Awards 2015.
