The idea of the project is to ensure a close connection between the house and nature. The villa is located at the border of the residential area and the forest, and in all directions - to the forest and garden - is open with wooden terraces and extensive glazing.
In addition to glass and wood, the architects used terracotta tiles that resemble roof tiles to cover the facades.
The layout of the villa can vary depending on the needs of the owners. These are now three east-facing bedrooms and a series of common rooms.
