On February 2, 2018, with the support of Aquanet, the first single-brand Jacob Delafon showroom was opened in Moscow with a total area of 580 sq. m. In a three-level salon on Smolenskaya Street, new items and the most popular collections of sanitary ware and furniture from a French manufacturer are presented.
Representatives of the Kohler Co concern attended the opening of the largest Jacob Delafon showroom in Europe: President of the Kitchen & Baths division Larry Yuen and President Jacob Delafon Oliver Lefebvre. The guests were greeted by employees of the Moscow representative office of the brand, Kohler Rus, CEO Kirill Yanovsky, marketing manager Maxim Morozov and marketing communications specialist Elena Titarenko.
Representatives of the leading media in the field of interior design, as well as architects and designers were invited to the premiere. In anticipation of the official part, the guests drank champagne and went through a small quest: at the entrance, everyone received a card with an individual number, with which they had to find a pleasant compliment in the form of a bathroom accessory. To do this, the guests carefully examined the entire showroom and looked into every drawer of furniture, and at the same time got acquainted with the products of Jacob Delafon.
On the first level of the showroom, you can see the unified Ecrin shower system, the Soprano collection, the new Rythmik Pure, the iconic Presqu'ile collection, a large exposition of mixers, shower enclosures, trays and shower columns. The second level houses the elegant bestsellers of the French brand, such as the Stillness collection, the Terrace, the Elite bathtub, as well as the latest innovations of the past and present: the Malleco kitchen faucet, the new sixties-style Nouvelle Vague collection and the original Vox Signature washbasins. On the third level, existing installations with new products are presented, as well as a large space for negotiations and presentations, where the official part of the event took place.
Danila Khramchenkov, Commercial Director of the Aquanet company, addressed the guests with a welcoming speech. Then the floor was given to the presidents of the divisions Oliver Lefebvre and Larry Yuen, whose speeches were devoted to the history of the Kohler concern and the Jacob Delafon brand, their merger, development in world markets, environmental programs and prospects for the future.
After the official part, the guests plunged into the festive atmosphere on the streets of Paris. To the accompaniment of French melodies and songs, one could take a picture against the backdrop of the Eiffel Tower, walk through the flowery Montmartre, pose for the artist, enjoy snacks and easy communication. Another solemn moment that gathered all the guests in the center of the showroom was the appearance of a spectacular three-tiered cake, the upper level of which was decorated with a spectacular figure of a bath with flowers. After the cake, the guests were in no hurry to disperse, talked, exchanged impressions, and everyone received a gift that inspires them to visit the homeland of the Jacob Delafon brand: a suitcase for a stylish trip, a battery so that the phone does not run out of power while shooting Parisian attractions, and a bunch of flowers for a romantic mood.
