The filling in the alt=F50 structure can be any filling with a width of 4 to 62 mm and a weight of up to 700 kg.

ALT F50, unlike most domestic facade systems, includes a large set of piece accessories. With their help you can:

  • Drain water or snow from sloped structures.

Structures based on alt=F50 are energy efficient, as they are able to maintain a comfortable temperature in the premises, which reduces heating costs.

Record-high thermal performance alt=F50 is achieved through the use of PVC thermal inserts, synthetic rubber-based seals, as well as seals for the double-glazed window seals made of foamed materials. By combining these elements in different ways and varying the thickness of the filling, energy efficiency can be significantly increased, but not the cost per square meter of the structure. For example, when using a filling with a thickness of 26 mm and a PVC thermal insert, the heat transfer coefficient (Uf) is 2.4 W / m² * K. And when using a 56 mm filling and a rebate seal - 0.65 W / m² * K.

In addition, the structures from alt=F50 have been assigned the highest A class of air and water permeability.

Turn ideas into reality

The connection of the post and the transom in the alt=F50 system is variable. The patented construction of rusk profiles gives freedom in design: you can make different transitions and options for adjoining facade structures to building elements, create polyhedral pyramids or surfaces with a break, attach inclined structures to the base of the building, rotate the posts in the plane of the stained-glass window, connect three posts at one point and etc.

The alt=" F50 system provides a large number of solutions for the external and internal execution of facade structures: it is possible to install doors and windows from frame series, facade inconspicuous smoke hatches. Also, the system has the ability to install integrated sashes based on the alt=" F50 system with a hidden sash, with parallel-retractable or top-hung opening. The size of such a window can reach 3.2 by 1.6 meters and weigh more than 300 kg.

An integrated front window with a hidden sash opens outwards, which saves space. In the modernized version offered by ALUTECH, the glass unit is glued to the sash behind the middle glass, and not behind the outer glass, as in most systems on the market. This patented technology makes it possible to break the continuous cold bridge, which significantly improves the thermal performance of the hidden sash (Uf = 1.15 W). In addition, the decorative properties of the outer glass are retained and the sash profile remains hidden.

Smoke hatches are needed for ventilation, equalization of pressure outside and inside the room, as well as for removing smoke. In the alt=F50 system, the fastening of the hatches is hidden, which makes the structure more reliable due to the continuous sealing of the circuit, protects the fasteners from environmental influences and does not allow atmospheric precipitation to enter the premises. An improved version of this system is suitable for energy efficient facades (Uf = 1.979 W). The hatch design protrudes from the facade by only 31 mm, and is completely invisible on an inclined surface.
