The webinar will be devoted to one of the most important issues in the design of housing - flat design in ARCHICAD®.
Kvartirography is a set of space-planning solutions of a constructive, architectural, operational and economic plan, chosen during the construction of a residential facility. A successful apartment design determines the commercial success of a project.
Space-planning decisions are formed from the graphic part and information displayed in the form of tabular data. These tasks can be fully solved using standard ARCHICAD tools and a convenient extension for creating an apartmentography Labpp_Solaris.
The webinar will discuss the design rules and composition of the apartment, and also demonstrate how to work with the Labpp_Solaris extension:
- formation of apartmentography, calculation of TEP, display of plans at the stage of preliminary design (graphic display of zones according to the type of apartments);
- customization of the extension to the needs of the user.
In addition, examples of solving non-standard tasks using ARCHICAD (IFC charts, IFC properties) and the Labpp_Solaris extension will be shown.
