The Lily of the Valley apartment complex is located approximately equidistant from the Belyaevo, Troparevo and Yugo-Zapadnaya metro stations. In plan, the building resembles the letter "E": a long building stretches along Samora Machela Street, behind which the territory of the Peoples' Friendship University begins, and three transverse sections open onto a quieter passageway and residential buildings, forming two private courtyards.

The house stands on a slope: from Zamora Machela Street, it descends by almost four meters. The architects took advantage of the peculiarity of the landscape and made a "patio" for all apartments on the ground floor - lawns raised above the street level. The areas in the center of the courtyards were also raised to isolate them from outside noise and traffic. Four cars can be parked under the "canopy" of the platforms.

On the ground floor of the main section there is a large public area with exits to the courtyard, on the last floor there is a strip of balconies-terraces with panoramic glazing. The whole complex, designed for 327 apartments, of the same height - seven floors, while the facades are very diverse.

Outside the house "looks" with terracotta finish under the brick. The main plastic technique is triangular bay windows, combined to a height of two or three floors and lined with fiber cement panels

EQUITONE [tectiva] gray and white shades TE20 and TE90. Due to its natural texture, fiber cement from this series goes well with brick, and due to the small thickness of the panels - only 8 mm, bay windows do not look bulky.

The windows on the facade from the side of Zamora Machela Street are of different sizes, some of them "wink" at each other with a "line" of bright yellow panels

EQUITONE [pictura] PG742, which immediately reduces the overall restrained tone of the building.

In the courtyard facades, the terracotta color is present only on the ground floor, the overall color scheme becomes warmer. Bright yellow plays the role of a "dividing strip" here: two three-storey tiers appear, which in turn are divided into blocks of loggias and bay windows arranged in a checkerboard pattern. The vertical rhythm is set by the walls of light bricks and gray slabs.

With such a variety of materials, textures and colors, the facades remain restrained and do not look variegated, probably due to well-chosen shades and high-quality materials. The bright yellow “glaze” of the EQUITONE [pictura] panels adds only a drop of lightheadedness and brings all the elements together.

EQUITONE [pictura] fiber cement panels are distinguished by their vibrant colors. On the front side, they are covered with a two-layer water-based acrylic paint and additionally a durable varnish that hardens under the influence of sunlight and becomes resistant to damage.
