The task of the competition was the concept of two skyscrapers with a height of about 400 m, which should become the “city gates”. Zaha Hadid, Wilkinson Air, Henn, Broadway Malyan, Zeidler Partnership, IBI Group (all paired with one or another Chinese bureau) and local participants - the Institute of Architectural Design and Research of the South China University of Technology and Scott Wilson bureau reached the final of the competition Hong Kong jointly with ECADI.
The competition is held according to an "anonymous" scenario, so for now it remains only to guess who is the author of this or that project. In the period before the announcement of the winner, local residents were given the opportunity to vote for their favorite project on the Internet, where they are presented under the slogans.
