The Riverclack® Roof and Facade Roofing System is recognized and appreciated around the world for its lightweight construction, durability, wide range of surface finishes, high light reflectivity and fire safety. This is noted, in particular, by contracting companies that specialize in the construction of infrastructure for the transport of passengers.
These objects, as a rule, are exposed to aggressive environmental influences (kerosene, exhaust gases, chlorine, salt, etc.). The aluminum used in roofing panels plays an important role in ensuring the long life of new buildings and existing ones. At the same time, do not forget that aluminum, as a raw material, has additional value due to the possibility of its re-processing even after its very long service life. And often the possibility of savings becomes a decisive factor in favor of using aluminum.
Rennes Metro Line B repair depots, garages and offices, realized by the Orleans architect L'Heudé & L'Heudé in collaboration with EGIS Rail and Legendre Génie Civil, consist of two buildings of phenomenal dimensions and characteristics (240m - maximum length by 26m width, 120 tons of steel structures, 13,000 m2 of aluminum roofing Riverclack550® RAL 9007).
Airports, train stations, depots and rescue centers - why do they trust us?
ZERO BUDGET FOR SERVICE // Aluminum does not require much maintenance. Alloy 5754 is a high quality alloy material designed for use in harsh environments with a very long service life, incomparably greater than any other aluminum alloy or "equivalent".
PERFECT WATER RESISTANCE // Since the aluminum alloy is not porous, it is, by definition, impervious to air, moisture, and ultraviolet rays. A concealed drainage channel complements these qualities of the material and allows the Riverclack® system to be used on roofs with a slope of 3% or more in France and from 0.5% in the rest of Europe and the world.
ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY MATERIAL // In a closed cycle, the processing of aluminum requires 50 times less energy than during its production from bauxite. These significant savings are recognized for the Riverclack® system and are backed by certifications, including the CE certification.
LOW ENERGY BALANCE // Aluminum reflects 80% of sunlight. This high reflectivity spontaneously protects buildings designed with the Riverclack® system from the summer heat. Our competitors who are forced to use thermal break fasteners (even certified ones) expose buildings to inevitable heat losses.
AESTHETICS OF A STANDING FOLD LOCK // The Riverclack® system is recognized by contractors for its traditional rebate lock design and roofing patterns, with substantial savings from the self-supporting roofing panels and fast roofing speed.
REDUCING THE COST OF CONSTRUCTION WORKS // Aluminum is 3-4 times lighter than other metals used in the construction of roofs (zinc, copper, steel). Due to this, the structure of the building automatically becomes lighter.
FIRE SAFETY Aluminum is not a combustible metal, it melts at 650 ° C without emitting toxic gases. This characteristic allows, in the event of a fire, to quickly evacuate smoke from industrial premises and save stored materials and equipment.
OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH // Aluminum is a very light metal, it is easy to handle and therefore significantly reduces the level of risk for the teams involved in working with it. For contractors, this means fewer work accidents thanks to our Riverclack® system
The flight simulator at Lyon-Saint-Exupéry airport, implemented by the Lyon architectural bureau Atlas Architecture, consists of 8 sloped arches, which provides for a left-to-right panel installation direction and an orderly installation step for the paintings. 3,500 m² of Riverclck550® folded aluminum paintings are manufactured and mechanically bent at the factory.
The fishing terminal of the port of Lorient, Keroman Peninsula (Brittany, France), renovated by the SNC Lavalin engineering and design office, is the 2nd largest fishing port in France, where about 26,000 tons of seafood are shipped annually. 2,500 m² of Rivergrip500® aluminum seam paintings were installed by the ATEN group.
