The largest event of the week will be the Moscow Urban Forum and the now traditional MUF Fest. Events of the business and festival program will take place in Zaryadye and other Moscow venues from 4 to 7 July. The theme of the FUF this year is “Quality of life. Projects That Change Cities”. Registration for the forum is already closed, but you can still get to the festival events.
The Magnum Live Lab / 19 summer experimental laboratory opens at the Museum of Architecture on Tuesday - a photo project with the participation of Mark Power, Georgy Pinkhasov and Alex Webb. For two weeks, photographers will shoot different areas of Moscow, discuss and analyze the collected material, and then process and print the best pictures. Thus, the exhibition will be replenished daily.
On July 2, MARCH will host a public talk “How to conduct research and what is it for. People, finance, history and other non-architectural components of the project. Those who wish will also be able to take part in a tour of the MARShow student projects exhibition.
Another interesting event will take place in Zaryadye on Wednesday - the director of the Gardens by the Bay park (the one with the futuristic supertrees) arrives from Singapore to tell how a modern city park should look and function.
Finally, in Gostiny Dvor from 4 to 6 July, again within the framework of the IUF, the first city open forum "My District" will be open, where active citizens are invited to take part in the life of the capital.
