The Villa Savoy in Paris, designed by Le Corbusier almost a century ago as a residential country house, is today regarded as one of the foremost examples of world architecture. The organizers of the competition believe that this is where the archival center of architectural knowledge could be located. The question is whether the contestants will challenge Le Corbusier's ideas or use them in their building renovation projects.

Hotel "Inspiration" 2019

Gas station of the future

More than a bridge
The contestants are faced with the task of proposing a project to create a bridge for pedestrians and cyclists in Copenhagen, endowed with broad functionality. It should be not just a bridge, but a full-fledged and actively visited public space, in demand among tourists and local residents. The fact is that some urban areas are too densely built up and suffer from a lack of quality places to relax and socialize. Combining several functions in transport infrastructure facilities is one of the most effective options for solving this problem.

FuturArc Prize 2020: Bringing Nature Back To Cities

After cement
The contestants will have to develop a concept for the transformation of the Lebanese city of Chekka and neighboring cities, which were once "sacrificed" for the development of the country's industry. The region is home to a large number of concrete factories - disorderly buildings and a polluted environment make cities unsuitable for life. The participants' task is to propose solutions to this problem.

Memorial to the lost sailors in Kronstadt
The competition is held with the aim of choosing the best project for the memorial to the lost sailors, which is planned to be installed on the territory of the "Island of Forts" cluster in Kronstadt. The task of the contestants is to create a vivid, original work associated with the history of the Russian Navy. The first stage of the competition is the qualification selection. In the second, the teams that made it to the finals will be engaged in the development of projects.

Kindergarten in Timeabu
Competitors will design a kindergarten for a rural area in Ghana. It is planned to "arrange" more than 100 preschool children in the new kindergarten.
