As part of the business program of the exhibition, on October 8, at 11.00, a round table was held: "Innovative materials and tools in design and architecture", at which Konstantin Kosarev, Development Director of Riverclack LLC jointly with the leading architect of the company Marcello Andriani the report "Forming in casings: innovative technology Riverclaсk on the example of Irina Viner-Usmanova Rhythmic Gymnastics Center" was presented.

Within the framework of the report, Konstantin Kosarev, using various examples, presented the global trends towards the complication of architectural forms, considered in detail the main technical solutions of forming systems, as well as the possibilities of Riverclack roofing for complex architectural forms of roofs.

Konstantin Kosarev: “One of the most difficult and important aspects of roof design is the creation of a system of supporting structures, which, within the available space on the roof, would provide a transition from a large discreteness (discontinuity) of the main structures to a continuous smooth plane of the roof shape specified by the project. The challenge is to select solutions that would minimize the possibility of errors and provide the system with the ability to compensate for general structural deviations and "extinguish" some of the inevitable installation defects."

Chief Architect of the company Marcello Andriani vividly demonstrated in a video format how the modeling of formative structures for complex architectural forms of shells occurs.

Marcello Andriani: "The development of the roof design for the rhythmic gymnastics center of Irina Viner-Usmanova was carried out through full three-dimensional modeling, including the development of production documentation in 3D for provision to builders on site."

Ensuring the correct initial surface for the roofing was achieved through a constant bend beam system for each surface element, where the curvature of each element was predetermined by its location in the roof model, and a bracket system with variable slope, adjustable in place during installation.

The design of the roof structure with the peculiarity of the geometric shape of the roof surface always takes into account various constant and variable loads (snow and wind). Special mathematical algorithms made it possible to analyze the bends of the supporting shaping structures and at the same time to control their compliance with the construction of the final surface of the roof of the rhythmic gymnastics center of Irina Viner-Usmanova.

The sequence of the arrangement of the profiled sheet and roofing panels was studied using geometric processes of mutual influence of various installation sequences, which made it possible to control bends, twists and, therefore, deviations, depending on the specific starting point of the panel laying.

The presentation of Konstantin Kosarev and Andriano Marcello once again demonstrated the innovative capabilities of the Riverclack roofing system, thanks to which such ambitious projects as the Irina Viner-Usmanova Rhythmic Gymnastics Center in Luzhniki (Winner of the MIPIM Awards 2020 in the nomination "Best Sports and Cultural Facility"), transport interchange Ryazanskaya junction, Grozny Mall shopping and entertainment center and others, and when the roof itself becomes an architectural value. And the Riverclack stand became one of the most visited locations of the exhibition, which was honored by such distinguished guests and partners as the Chief Architect of Moscow Sergey Kuznetsov, Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Urban Development Policy and Construction Andrey Bochkarev, the architect of the capital of 2020 Timur Bashkaev (architectural bureau Timur Bashkaev), architect Andrey Asadov (architectural bureau Asadov), architects Nikolay Gordyushin and Elena Myznikova (TPO "Pride") and others. The guests thanked the company for its valuable contribution to the development of architecture, fruitful cooperation and excellent implementation of the roof.
