Glass volumes of 8 and 12 floors are dynamically cut into each other like facets of a complex crystal. The joint angle hangs in the air. Here the building faces the red line of the intersection and forms a cantilever. It is counterbalanced by the triangle of the 2-storey stylobate part of the complex protruding beyond the main building. The composition is based on contrast: neoconstructivist glass arrays with rounded corners and luminous panels of different lengths scattered on the facades (an alternative to illumination) are docked with a small elongated constructivist volume in a metal cladding with pointedly sharp corners.
Continuous stained-glass glazing of the main part of the complex provides natural illumination of the office areas located here, which is of fundamental importance given the 32-meter depth of the building. The rest of the complex is reserved for a supermarket, restaurant, sports complex. Underground and open-air car parks in the basement have been designed. Functionalism, rationality, aesthetics of "pure" forms - in one bottle.
