The new district will be located near the business center of Ho Chi Minh City (until 1976 it was called Saigon). Its total area is 45 hectares, and more of it (37 hectares) will be located on the banks of the Saigon River, the smaller one on the "Diamond Island" itself. It will be built up in stages.
This urban planning project assumes a rigid hierarchy of volumes and a unified solution for both parts of the new district. At the same time, they differ in the structure and functional purpose of the building, depending on the landscape pattern. In both halves of the ensemble, the formal center of each part is clearly marked.
According to the customer's request, the "Quarter of the Diamond Island" will be distinguished by an increased building density and a clear axial orientation of individual quarters. Along with several residential towers, there will be villas, townhouses, shopping centers, office buildings, hotels, a fitness center and a marina.
