The project by Olafur Eliasson and Kjetil Thorsen (Snohatt's workshop) for the next Serpentine pavilion in London's Kensington Gardens, like the version of Fry Otto before him, turned out to be somewhat more difficult to implement than the gallery management expected. As a result, the pavilion will open in August instead of July, but in the meantime, in order not to cancel the events planned for this month, it will be replaced by an outdoor installation designed by Hadid and Schumacher.

The structure will consist of three "umbrellas" 5.5 m high made of fabric, placed on a low platform. They will slightly overlap each other, resembling flower petals or leaves. Together, these structures should reflect the concept of complex symmetry characteristic of living nature, as well as combine the idea of openness and isolation.

The installation will stand on the lawn south of the main gallery building, next to a chain of trees.
