London Park Hotel Tower will reach a height of 44 floors, it will house 470 apartments of varying degrees of accessibility: from the so-called "social housing" to luxury penthouses with panoramic views of the city. Also at the top of the tower will open a "heavenly garden" - a recreational area for all residents of the building.
The basement floor of the skyscraper will house the local experimental theater "Sauzark Playhouse" - an auditorium with 200 seats, where educational programs will be held in the daytime, and performances will be given in the evening.
The original project involved the construction of two low towers, but in order to minimize the area of shadow cast by the residential complex on the surrounding buildings, it was decided to replace them with one high-rise building.
The new building will replace the famous London Park Hotel, which has long been in an almost ruined state. The project is part of a broader redevelopment scheme for London's Elifent-en-Castle; construction of the tower should be completed in 2010.
