The architects of the studio tried to preserve the environment that developed here in Soviet times and today reminds of itself with buildings in the spirit of Stalinist classicism. They decided not to demolish one of the buildings of the former fish factory located on the site, but proposed an option for its reconstruction - the external contours and decor elements according to the project will be preserved, and the surroundings of the rectangular courtyard will be cut through by an arched gallery with a balustrade. Thus, the utilitarian building of the former fish factory acquires a resemblance to the post-war Yalta sanatorium, at the same time turning into a luxurious recreational and entertainment complex - the center of life in the new quarter. The project also presupposes the preservation of some elements of the seaside landscaping - architecture of "small forms" of the second half of the 20th century.

In contrast to the correct rectangular plan of the former fish factory, the rest - new - houses of the residential quarter have asymmetric outlines, emphasized by the angular lines of the pools and lawns. And also with rows of slanted windows - everything, from outline to detail, seeks to convince the viewer that there are no right angles. If you look at the residential complex from a bird's eye view, you can imagine the following fantastic story: once there were heaps of giant rocks, and then, say, a spaceship was launched above them - the tops of the rocks melted and shone, and the lower parts remained stone. In fact, the difference in the texture of the facades, conceived in the 17-storey residential towers, is dictated by the desire to merge with the landscape - in the upper part with the sky, in the lower part with the ground and surrounding buildings. There are also transitional volumes - covered with greenish-brown metal panels. The rhythm of the alternation of glasses, panels and windows is deliberately chaotic, pixelated, which makes the reflection of the mountain landscape seem to turn into a greatly enlarged computer picture before our eyes.

The picturesque asymmetric composition, however, has an internal order that takes into account such nuances as the effect of insolation, viewpoints, etc. Yuri Vissarionov makes the complex uneven, lifting some buildings "on their feet", others deepening into the ground, and splits gardens on the roofs of a number of buildings. Residential buildings are oriented in such a way that almost all apartments offer views of the sea and mountain peaks, which can be admired from the vast balconies-terraces. The block is large, and its infrastructural zone is accordingly sufficiently developed: on the south side there are shops, on the north side there is a sports and fitness center, the resources of which can be used by a nearby school. Under them there is a part of underground multi-storey parking lots, and the rest are lined up along Sverdlova Street, fitting into the natural relief.

The tradition of Yalta parks and famous sanatoriums, apparently, also inspired special attention to the landscaping of the territory of the residential complex, the arrangement of various kinds of reservoirs (also asymmetric), stairs, viewing platforms, benches and other improvement elements. This classically set also maintains the spirit of the Yalta resorts here. Such a life, of course, has its own charm - a combination of the comfort of the latest achievements of civilization with a feeling of a special, Yalta, seaside flavor.
