The development is located on the busy Müllerstraße in Wedding, between an elegant residential building from the last third of the 19th century and a 1970s department store with a flat façade. The new building serves as a kind of "mediator" between its neighbors, repeating their roof slope and eaves line. At the same time, its glittering glass façade attracts attention in itself and enlivens the building of the street.
Crystal "bay windows" of the curtain wall of the shopping center reflect not only the building opposite, but also pedestrians, the sky, cars, visually expanding the space around. The protrusions of the facade increase as the height of the building increases, reaching a depth of about one meter on the fourth, top floor.
The motif of facets joined together continues in the interior of the center's lobby. The courtyard facade, on the other hand, looks closed in comparison with the transparent street one; its ledges are enlivened by French windows.
