The future building of the business school will reach 11 floors and will embody, according to Frank Gehry, the principle of "tree": public spaces will be concentrated in the "trunk", and the branches will contain small classrooms and teachers' offices.
Two main facades will be solved in contrast: one - in the form of a "crumpled" surface, which is usual for an architect, in this case - made of bricks, the other will be made of glass planes overlapping each other.
The project will have a budget of A $ 150 million; construction, scheduled for 2012-2014, is part of a 10-year renovation program for the entire university campus.
