The complex with a total area of 120 thousand m2 consists of two buildings, mirroring the shape of each other.
The five-star hotel is designed in geometrically clear forms: its volume consists of many "cubes", the office building, on the contrary, has a "plastic" configuration. Their common features are a smooth decrease in the number of storeys from the highest points of the buildings adjoining each other, open atriums in the center for the flow of sunlight into the interior, expansion of the pedestrian space of the streets due to the “cut off” lower corners of the buildings.
The facades of the hotel are formed by a multitude of stepped terraces - green roofs of "cubes" - rooms, their windows facing the adjacent park and canal. The office building combines glass curtain walls with a green roof.
