Saint-Gobain presents the advanced acoustic ceiling system Ecophon Focus Lp, which absorbs up to 95% of mid and high frequency sounds. Its new components ensure high accuracy of the integration of the ceiling engineering systems and ensure the stability and reliability of the ceiling system already familiar to the installer.
Ecophon Focus Lp is the only linear acoustic ceiling on the market. The main advantages of the updated system are the ability to integrate luminaires and ventilation solutions in a continuous line. The solution for the perimeter panels (approaches to the walls) has been improved, the standard sizes of the panels have been updated, allowing you to create various options for the design of the ceiling.
The redesigned ceiling panel contributes to the creation of a favorable acoustic environment by reducing the noise level and its propagation distance. One of the main problems that office workers note is the noise of other people's voices. That is why when designing open-plan offices, as well as reception areas, dining rooms, etc. the transmission distance of the noise must be taken into account.
The system is available in two versions: Ecophon Focus Lp Standard and Ecophon Focus Lp Premium. New to both variants is the possibility of using panels with a width of 300 mm, which, together with panels of a standard width of 600 mm, makes it possible to create different designs. However, the greatest opportunities for integration and design are provided by using the technical panels of the Ecophon Focus Lp Premium system. This is a system, all elements of which emphasize the linear structure and allow you to create a flat ceiling without unnecessary details.
The original Ecophon Line LED lamps, specially designed for Ecophon Focus Lp ceiling systems, are ideal for achieving the greatest integration accuracy and for creating a comfortable level of illumination. This combination helps to achieve comfortable, uniform illumination without glare and light reflection, thus avoiding eye fatigue.
The first architect to install Ecophon Focus Lp was Tommy Frisk of the Swedish architecture firm Frisk Arkitektur AB. He explained why he chose this particular system: “We have always wanted the best acoustic ceilings.
