The event was marked by several important and striking events at once: the presentation of Jan Krikels (owner and creative director of Jaga), the awarding of the winners of the competition for the best realized objects using Jaga equipment and an art show by the dancing artist Malcolm Rocks. The jazz orchestra "Jazzmobile band" created a festive atmosphere.

Jan Krikels introduced the guests of the evening to new and special products from JAGA and demonstrated that the company is ready for the environmental, economic and social challenges of the future and offers solutions to problems inherent in the consumer society, such as rising energy prices and environmental pollution.

The company produces energy-saving heating appliances that are practical, environmentally friendly and reliable. And I must add: amazing. As Jan Krikels said in an interview: “We shouldn't produce radiators that people need. Our job is to make those radiators that people don't know about, but they start craving as soon as they see them!"

For example, the Bronx radiator shroud is made from recycled plastic bottles, while the Jaga Oxygen radiator is equipped with a carbon dioxide sensor and measures air quality. The Jaga Oxygen system not only provides heating, but also ventilation. The sensor is designed so that when a certain degree of air pollution in the room is reached, fresh air from outside enters it.

Jan Krikels also spoke about the Mission of Jaga and the five principles shared by every employee of the company and creating a unique image of JAGA:

- respect nature, invest in the development of energy efficient and economical heating appliances

- wake up the creator in yourself, use innovative materials and production technologies not only to improve the technical characteristics and efficiency of the device, but also to go beyond the boundaries of the traditional concept of design

- think about the future, move forward and create innovative products of the future

- empathize, create not only products, but feelings and experiences

- Build bridges, create your own circle of like-minded people and companies open to innovation.

Such an unexpected approach and ideology distinguish this company and make it clear its success from the very beginning in 1962 and the interest in its products of more and more generations of designers.

According to the tradition already established in the "Termoros" company, the winners of the competition "The best objects equipped with JAGA heating devices in 2011" were awarded. The winners were both architects and engineers who have been cooperating with the company for a long time, as well as new ones, employees of large design bureaus and private architects.
