Benalua Station is now owned by Casa Mediterraneo, an organization that develops Spain's cooperation with other Mediterranean countries. Since the various areas of this cooperation include concerts, exhibitions, performances and official receptions, the headquarters program included a spacious room for such events. It was the landing stage of the station with an area of 1500 m2.
Its ceilings were replaced with a translucent bright blue roof, closed on the inside with an openwork aluminum grating, and a fan with a diameter of 7 m was hung under the ceiling.
All other functions are located in the side "naves" of the building: there are small greenhouse pavilions with meeting rooms and offices (moreover, air conditioners are installed only there).
