The representative award, claiming to celebrate everything new in the architectural life of the country, and even to teach innovations, noted about ten projects and buildings. Studying the choice of the jury, it is easy to notice that Moscow is the leader in the country as usual: three Moscow buildings are marked among the buildings, two of them have already sounded: the reconstruction of the Havana cinema for KVN from the Atrium bureau and the Velton Park from BUROMOSCOW. And also one so far less known, however, it fits well into the row: in the south-west of the capital, the ARST bureau, which was awarded for school No. 1414 at the Zodchestvo festival a few years ago, has built another spectacular school building. The first place in the Urban Development nomination was taken by the Stanislavsky Factory complex from the British bureau MacAslan + Partners, which is actively working in Russia (the bureau is one of the favorites of this year's award, several of their works are present among the nominees). Of private houses, the leader is the house "Firefly" by Totan Kuzembaev. In a word, everything is beautiful and correct, and everything, as always, innovations, at least built, are grouped in the center. It is unlikely that this trend in the capital will be able to quickly - and indeed ever, overcome in our country. However, among the projects, as well as among the nominees, there are both Nizhny and Ufa. So all is not lost.
