The 36-storey building contains 58 apartments, with the eighth as the first residential floor: this is done in order to provide all apartments with spectacular views of the metropolis, which claims to be the "garden city".
Panoramas of Singapore are visible to residents through large windows, bay windows and double-height balconies that each apartment is equipped with. The façade pattern is repeated every four floors and combines a clear rhythm with organic, streamlined shapes. Sunscreens protect the interior from overheating.
Ardmore apartments come in two types of layouts, inspired by Renaissance villa plans as well as by the Courdoner concept: in this case, it is an intermediate space between the two parts of the apartment, allowing them to be used separately, for different purposes or at different times of the day. At the same time, a visual connection is maintained between the zones.
The base of the tower is a permeable structure, complementing the garden with infrastructure facilities, arranged in the territory adjacent to the tower.
