All Xilo1934 boards are pre-treated with oil produced in a sustainable manner. This oil is 98% plant-based. Of course, such coverage requires regular maintenance, but it's worth it! This is compensated, firstly, by the fact that the tree continues to "breathe" after laying, and over time does not change its original appearance; and secondly, the aesthetic and environmental characteristics of the product - such a floor is incredibly beautiful and even meets the requirements that are usually imposed on wooden toys.
Boards of all collections of this brand are coated with water-based varnish and do not contain any harmful substances, including the famous formaldehyde. Moreover, all the additional components that are in the boards - and these are oils, adhesives and varnishes - are completely biodegradable, and the vinyl glue, which is used to connect the layers of the boards to each other, does not emit any harmful substances.
Xilo1934 parquet is completely ready for installation and does not require any additional processing - and this significantly reduces the precious time that has to be spent on installation work.
One of the Xilo1934 collections - Mix - is the hallmark of the brand. It is easily recognizable due to the fact that it includes 6 color combinations, each of which consists of 4 contrasting shades. The Mix collection is based on the art of composition. The width of all boards in this collection is 100 mm, thickness - 13 mm, thickness of the top layer - 3.8 mm.
The Quercus Antiqua collection is made from used oak wood. The boards in this collection are available in solid wood and 3-layer boards. They differ from the boards of all other collections of the brand in their large dimensions: the width of the board is 150, 200, 240 and 300 mm; the thickness is 22 mm, and in the case of a 3-layer board, the width of each layer is 7 mm.
When creating the boards of the Quercus Antiqua collection, a type of wood processing, which is rare for parquet production, is used - chemical etching, which, due to its high cost, is still often used in furniture production. Of course, the recipe for the pickling composition is kept in strict confidence by the factory.
Another pride of Xilo1934 is the collection of solid decking Xilo1934 Decking. It is specially designed for outdoor use and meets the highest requirements for strength, stability and durability. In the production of this decking, the manufacturer uses a unique Ipe (Brazil nut) wood. This wood is very heavy, hard, durable and resistant to insects. Boards of this collection are profiled immediately after drying, so they do not change their appearance and shape for a very long time.
