The house on Müllerstrasse in the center of the Bavarian capital is immediately noticeable among the surrounding buildings thanks to the light tone of the walls and different-sized openings of windows and loggias that enliven its facades.
The glazed first floor with powerful tree-like pillars visible from the outside was intended for shops, but one of the Munich architectural firms liked this space so much that it bought it out completely in order to arrange its office there.
Above, there are 25 apartments of 18 types of layouts: they became components of a kind of "puzzle", from which Peter Ebner folded the rectangular volume of the house as efficiently as possible.
Townhouse apartments overlook the green backyard, there are also duplexes and penthouses. But regardless of the type, the interiors of each home are enlivened by windows and windows - from almost panoramic to very small.
