The owner of the mansion, located in the Moscow region, turned to the Slavdom company when the facade of the house had already been erected and faced with cream-colored bricks. The company was tasked with creating an up-to-date, modern and functional roof in a classic style and in accordance with a project concept based on natural colors, natural materials and strict geometric outlines. In addition to the house itself, an ambitious landscape project was under development - it was planned to lay out a regular park near the house, inspired by Versailles himself.
The mansion is a two-story building with a hip roof and an open terrace with a balustrade. Its symmetrical facade is complemented by a central projection, the lower tier of which is designed in the form of a triangular bay window with a balcony placed on it. Above, the risalit is completed by a pediment with a semicircular window. The two floors of the side parts of the facade are united by an imitation of a large order, made with the help of common platbands and decorative inserts between the pairs of windows of each axis.
The company's specialists managed to correctly select roofing materials that harmoniously fit into the project that was under construction, as well as clinker material of different shades for landscape decoration.
For this project, Hersbtlaub-Geflammt motley paving clinker paving stones with shades of red, orange, yellow and blue from the German manufacturer ABC-Klinnkergruppe, whose official dealer is Slavdom, were proposed and successfully applied. A total of 1,600 square meters of clinker pavers were delivered to the facility.
For the roof, 1,500 square meters of ceramic tiles Koramic E32 from Wienerberger were used, as well as a set of accessories for its completion, and at the stage of selecting roofing materials an experienced engineer was involved who helped to correctly calculate the roof, as well as select additional elements and accessories.
