Contestants are asked to propose ideas for a temporary reconstruction in honor of this anniversary of the original appearance of the building: they must reproduce the eight columns that were located in front of the pavilion in 1929. The winner's project will be implemented (the columns are supposed to be installed for a period of about five months).
