Electrolytic Boulevard was the first competition organized by the Union of Moscow Architects at the initiative and appeal of the townspeople. Young architectural teams presented to the jury 20 projects to create a pedestrian boulevard in a given area.
We present the projects that have won prizes.
First place
Project "Electrolyte Boulevard"
JSB Archslon: Tatiana Osetskaya, Alexander Salov, Tatiana Yudina
The architectural and planning solution of the boulevard, proposed by the authors, allows you to create a modern multifunctional space with bright stylistic dominants and a variety of infrastructure for a comfortable stay. Residents of the area will be able to walk here, play sports, communicate, visit a cafe, walk their dogs. The project pays special attention to additional landscaping of the park. The authors have tried to create a boulevard that is comfortable, interesting and attractive for everyone.
Second place
Project "Red Electrolyte"
Team "TsKPKB and D"
This concept is based on "Rubik's cube principles" (modular square grid, mosaic, color variety, versatility, ease of assembly, low cost). The park got its name "Red Electrolyte" due to the predominance of red in infrastructure facilities. This solution was chosen to create a vivid contrast with the dull industrial environment. The functional content of the park was developed taking into account the wishes of different groups of the population.
Third place
Comfort Line project
LLC AMPIR. Architecture and Interior : Anna Bucheva, Evgeny Zverev, Anastasia Suvorova, Mikhail Yudenkov
"Comfort Line" includes sports and playgrounds, walkways, places for quiet secluded recreation, small architectural forms and other amenities. All this is tied together by a wide promenade. The authors thought not only about the developed infrastructure, but also about the variety of greenery: here it is proposed to arrange artificial hills, plant trees and shrubs, flowers and cereal grasses.
