The principles of the formation of the living environment
In a small impromptu hall of the Central House of Artists, called "Archmarket" on May 20, Andrei Gnezdilov talked with Vasily Fitisov, the commercial director of the company of the famous developer "Kortros". Architecture and lifestyle The round table, organized by the Russian Guild of Managers and Developers, became a kind of presentation of projects of residential complexes by architects and developers. An emotional speech was made by the architect Ilya Zalivukhin, the founder of the town-planning company "Yauzaproekt". He called for abandoning the high density of "development in the fields" and "separating the concepts of suburb and city." According to Zalivukhin, before building new cities near Moscow, you can work on your own territory of the capital, build around transport hubs and develop the environment. “My proposal is to develop the existing city outside the Garden Ring,” summed up Ilya Zalivukhin.
Sergey Kryuchkov, design director of the Rossgroup company, told how the functions of the space of his own apartment and public areas of the district are changing. In the modern world of multimedia devices, a person himself determines where his office will be: in a park, cafe or apartment. Yuliy Borisov outlined the theme as follows: “The tighter the frame, the easier it is to design”, and as an example he cited the residential complex “Gollandsky Kvartal”.
The round table ended with the first shown video clip about the construction of the VTB Arena Park city ensemble, which includes the reconstructed Dynamo stadium and a large residential area.
