A unique project designed to decorate the city center has opened in Yekaterinburg! Its creators have been preparing for the presentation for almost two years and have involved the famous German artist Stefan Hoffmann, who took an active part in the creation of the Yeltsin Center media facade.

According to experts, the new art object is designed to compete with the best art objects in Europe. Mainly due to the use of the most advanced and popular material in it today - perforated metal cassettes manufactured by TM GRADAS.

On the opening day, or rather, on the evening of July 1, at the opening ceremony of the media facade, the assembled guests, including Prosecutor General Yuri Chaika, widow and daughter of the first President of the Russian Federation, Naina Yeltsina and Tatyana Yumasheva, were able to see a colorful light show of 50 videos.

The videos projected onto the aluminum facade made an indelible impression on the assembled people! Yekaterinburg has never seen such a large-scale light show, which lasted about an hour!

According to Stefan Hoffmann, even in his native Cologne, there was nothing like this. The artist said that he selected more than 50 videos for the show, among which there are video sequences with various figures, images of a forest, rain, storm and other natural processes. “I would very much like Yekaterinburg to accept this project as its own. It all belongs to you, be proud of it,”Hoffmann said from the stage during his performance.

As a reminder, since July 2, the media facade of the Yeltsin Center has become a permanent art object in Yekaterinburg, which anyone can see.
