Residential complex "Star"

Where: Novosibirsk, Russia. Street Kavaleriyskaya, 10
function: Residential / residential complex
workshop:

Shturbabin Architectural Bureau /

architect: Vladimir Shturbabin, Ivan Shturbabin

The residential complex is located in Novosibirsk at the intersection of the wide Ippodromskaya street and the future highway in the alignment of Kavaleriyskaya street. The high-rise part of the complex accentuates the intersection of the roads, repeating the bend of the two-level interchange.

The composition is based on a combination of vertical volumes of a high-rise residential part with clearly defined horizontal divisions of a three-storey office part, which is strongly developed away from the main vertical volume of the building. The vertical volumes of a residential building at a height of 23-24 floors develop horizontally, completing the overall composition of the complex.

The color scheme is based on the selection of individual volumes of the building with dark blue, beige-sand and white colors. Under the building there is an underground two-storey parking lot for 58 cars. The entrance to the parking lot is located from the side of the intra-block passage.
