The construction of a settlement called Domodedovo Town is being completed in the Novoye Domodedovo microdistrict, 17 km from the Moscow Ring Road along the Kashirskoye Highway. The village, far from the city noise, is surrounded by a pine forest on almost all sides. The territory with a total area of 12 hectares is occupied mainly by two-storey townhouses with additional attic floors under pitched roofs. Their convenient location on the site provides residents with a picturesque view of the forest. In the very center of the village, there is an extensive park area with green lawns, flower beds and gazebos for relaxation. The compactly located houses are connected in a ring by an automobile passage and a parallel walking pedestrian boulevard. In addition, there are children's and sports grounds on the territory. A large football field is moved to the periphery of the site. In addition, each apartment gets its own private courtyard and parking space.

Three types of ceramic blocks were used in the construction of buildings - Porotherm 51, Porotherm 44 and Porotherm 38 … Thanks to this environmentally friendly material, the walls are erected without additional insulation, while the premises maintain a natural and comfortable climate. In addition, this material has high energy-saving properties - in particular, high rates of heat and sound insulation. All townhouses in the village, accommodating five-room apartments with an area of more than 145 m², are designed in the same style. The main role here is played by the warm colors common for the entire building and noble finishing materials. Brick of different shades was used for facing the facades. The alternation of color on rather long facades partially conceals, splits their length, forming a more diverse environment. Terca Milano and Odd Knokke cladding bricks supplied by Wienerberger. Produced at the Belgian plant of the concern, hand-molded bricks are of high quality and durability. The technology of their production has hardly changed for many centuries. An experienced craftsman makes an average of 700 bricks per shift. And it is thanks to this approach that it is possible to produce an exceptionally environmentally friendly and unique product.
