The house will be built in the center of a new residential area 40 minutes from Tainan and the ocean. The impressive silhouette of the villa should become the dominant feature of the surrounding buildings.
The main rooms are raised above ground level on a 4-storey "stem" so that the surroundings can be seen from the windows, and not the neighboring fences. On the ground floor there is only a living room (tea room), above are the master bedroom, two children's rooms, and a guest bedroom. At the very top are the common room and dining room, while in the “hollow” of the letter Y there is a swimming pool with a solarium and a changing room. In the rooms of the upper tier, the windows in the ceilings are openings in the bottom of the pool, while the windows in the floor allow you to see another body of water - at the foot of the building.
The round shape of the windows does not allow them to "break" the spectacular volume of the building; at the same time, they add to it the properties of an attraction.
