The companies "ROTO FRANK", "BUILD TOGETHER" and "TRADING HOUSE PEREL" have launched a closed competition among 2nd year students of the St. Petersburg State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering (SPbGASU) to design a country house for one family. The competition will run until March 2017.
Second-year students, according to the curriculum, design a country house. The organizers of the competition offered the participants a special technical task for design, which contributes to the approximation of student works to real conditions, and the announced prize fund will give young talents an additional incentive for creativity.
A special condition for participation in the competition is the use of the following Roto hardware solutions in window systems:
- office - swing-out window with enhanced WK2 safety class and a special Roto Secustik handle;
- children's room - tilt-and-turn window equipped with a child safety mechanism using the handle of the TiltFirst system and a safety lock;
- living room - tilt and turn system with a hidden hinge group in the Roto Designo casement;
- kitchen - universal sliding structure Roto Patio;
- access to the terrace - a sliding system that provides access to the territory of the house with a width of 6-6.5 m and a height of 2.5 m.
All participants in the competition will be awarded with diplomas, and the authors of the three best works will receive prizes.
