For those who are not used to being idle and want to spend time with benefit, we have prepared a selection of workshops and short educational programs that you can still sign up for. This is a workshop for students and young professionals, the participants of which, under the guidance of architects and urbanists, experts from Shukhov Lab, will seek a solution to one of the urgent problems of modern cities - noise pollution. To participate, you must have a basic building in design and electronics. Personal computers are required to work.

Professional Upgrade. Danish interiors
International School of Design (IDS)
A four-week course for aspiring and practicing designers will help you master the skills of creating Danish-style interiors. Participants will learn about the philosophy of "hygge", about the principles of arranging a Danish house, about the specifics of decor, develop collages, prepare a portfolio and present their projects. Also in the program is a visit to the exhibition "Legends of Danish Design".
Dates of the course: from May 26 to June 23.
Relighting heritage Moscow architectural school MARCH
The light design intensive at MARCH is suitable for representatives of different professions: architects, interior and exhibition space designers, set designers, lighting technicians, manufacturers and suppliers of lighting equipment. In just four days, the participants will have to go from developing the concept of lighting an urban space or interior to the implementation of the project. The process will be led by Roberto Corradini, one of the leading Italian lighting designers, and his Russian colleagues Natalia Markevich and Artyom Masorin.

Adaptive architecture
Moscow architectural school MARSH
Another short program from MARSH is devoted to the creation of architectural structures that are able to adapt to external factors. The course is intended for those who want to master algorithmic design tools and become familiar with the possibilities of digital production. Apart from basic education, no special training is required to participate.

Residential interior design

Successful practicing designers and experienced teachers will acquaint participants with various aspects of interior design, and the implementation of practical tasks will strengthen the knowledge gained. A separate training block will be devoted to the creation of a design bureau, the subtleties of working with customers and project management.

Public interior design
British Higher School of Design
Another intensive course from BHSAD is for designers and architects who want to master a new direction in the profession. Here you can learn about trends in the design of public spaces, about zoning rules and lighting standards, about the main finishing materials, about the design features of retail premises, beauty salons, restaurants and cafes.

Transformation Lab: Architectural Object as a Catalyst for Urban Change
Architectural Association school of Architecture

This is the second of three Workshops in the Transformation Lab series. The program is designed for students studying architecture, design and urban studies. Participants will get acquainted with various methods of experimental urban planning analysis, design and prototyping, the basics of speculative design, storytelling, motion design and video mapping. The workshop will be held at Shukhov Lab. Design area - Shabolovsky district.
