The 22-storey building is set to become a new landmark in Westeros, a Swedish town on the shores of Lake Mälaren. The architects proposed to make the 15 lower floors of the tower concrete, and the 7 upper ones with a solid wood frame. The elliptical plan eliminated the need for corners.

At the same time, the facade will be made completely wooden. From bad weather it will be closed by continuous tiers of balconies, complemented by transparent glass panels placed vertically - and perpendicular to the facade. The combination of the horizontal lines of the balconies and these verticals should enliven the look of the building. The balconies can be completely closed, turning them into winter gardens, so residents can grow there, for example, grain.

An important component of the project was the garden on the 15th floor, accessible to all residents of the house. Another garden will be set up on the roof of a garage for cars and bicycles, which will enter the adjoining low-rise building, also occupied by apartments. The lower tier of the tower will be occupied by restaurants and shops, and an area with landscaping will be created nearby.

The total area of the building will be 15,700 m2. Swedish bureaus Tham & Videgård and Wingårdh arkitektkontor also participated in the competition.
