Concern "KROST" presented the project of the Horoshevskaya gymnasium at the international exhibition "Build School 2017" for the design, construction and equipment of kindergartens and schools.
“Build School 2017” for the first time comprehensively showed new approaches to the design of new generation school and preschool buildings. As Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Olga Golodets noted at the opening of the exhibition, the program for the construction of modern schools has been implemented in Russia for two years and is designed for 10 years. “In the next three years, about 100,000 new school places will appear in Russia annually,” Olga Golodets said.
According to her, a person's education depends on the environment: the child should be comfortable, comfortable, and the educational environment and architecture should help the child develop. She also noted the merits of specialists in the development of the new school space. “Many of the projects presented at the exhibition deserve that specialists analyze the innovations and architectural ideas that are embedded in them,” Olga Golodets said.
Presenting the project of the Khoroshevskaya gymnasium, the deputy general director of KROST, Denis Kapralov, thanked the organizers of the exhibition - the Union of Architects of Russia and the Union of Moscow Architects - for the opportunity to gather specialists and discuss all innovations in the field of technologies and materials in the design of educational facilities that are actively developing in Moscow and other regions Russia.
According to Kapralov, in the project of the Khoroshevskaya gymnasium, the KROST Concern has implemented a new concept of the educational object, relying on innovative design solutions and technologies. “As part of the reconstruction of the 75th quarter of the Khoroshevo-Mnevniki district, KROST built a school, which became a real breakthrough in the architecture of educational institutions. The concept of the architectural and planning solution was created by the architects of the Concern in close cooperation with teachers and psychologists,”said Denis Kapralov.
The result was a building filled with light, air, creative energy and vitality. Instead of the usual classrooms with rows of desks, there are multifunctional audiences, a natural science training ground, a forum, workshops, a music block, and a theater hall. Particular attention is paid to public spaces, which occupy up to 40% of the entire building.
New trends required not only original architectural and planning solutions, but also completely new technologies and materials. So, the project has found its application of fiber-reinforced concrete, which is produced by the own factory of the Concern "Fibrol". Strong and durable, the material is ideal for facades with various textures, as well as for the embodiment of the project of the central staircase in the atrium. The original "brushwood" on the facade, which has become the hallmark of the project, was completed using the technologies of the Magino factory, which manufactures a full range of reinforced concrete products in demand in the field of construction, of any shape and size.
As part of Build School 2017, the Concern also presented the products of its factories Gothic, a leading manufacturer of horizontal and vertical paving elements, which is actively used in urban improvement programs, and Decon, one of the most modern and environmentally friendly enterprises for the production of wooden and wood-aluminum translucent structures.
