The skyscraper will appear in a prominent place - along the Sheikh Zayed highway, directly opposite the Burj Khalifa. Its slightly curved shape, reminiscent of the counterpost of a classical statue, is designed to be equally effective from any angle. This is facilitated by the covering of the external walls with glazed ceramic profiles, which not only protect the interior from the heat of the sun, but also reflect the optimal amount of natural light into the interior of the tower. The profiles are planned to be manufactured in the "low" technology format. The facade will also receive integrated lighting, for which electricity will be provided by a solar panel on the roof of the parking lot.
A feature of the tower is the location of public spaces at different levels. Four lobbies are planned, at ground level ("garden"), a spa center (and the roof of a parking with a swimming pool, where a bridge from the wasl leads), a sky lobby at the level of 150 meters and one more - on the roof, where "infinity" pools are arranged. These foyers will roughly divide the functional levels of the skyscraper: offices in the lower part, then a hotel, and at the very top - apartments. The banquet hall will be located on the second floor of the parking lot: this way it will be well connected with the “garden” lobby.
The complexity of the tower's program from the outside is expressed by the "vertical boulevard", a tape of balconies interrupted by glazed areas at the level of the lobbies, where you can see their landscaping, etc.
