If the personal manager knows everything about the project, then the personal account opens access to documents and clearly structured data: project documentation, discussion protocols, photo reports from the construction site, technical supervision checklists, and in addition, provides the opportunity to communicate directly with any participant in the process.
The personal account is regularly updated with information on the progress of construction, helps to track the progress of work and, solving some of the issues remotely, less often visit the construction site.
